How to back up data when computer crashes and unable to boot

Well,

This issue is like a death sentence for a healthy running PC. All of sudden without a reason(?) the computer fails to boot up and show a variety of messages.  Our most valuable data will be in the harddisk and there could not be seen any way to TAKE UP THE BACKUP because computer fails to boot EVEN IN SAFEMODE.

We shall see later what could be done in this case, but before that there is some probability to avoid this kind of situations. Windows crashes means either basically for two reasons one is software and other is hardware.

When the drivers of the hardware corrupts/conflicts/failed to load etc., the system crashes out of this hardware drivers problem.
When you find some time do this 1 min setting

Mycomputer->(right click)Properties->Hardware->Hardware Profiles->Copy
Rest is self explanatory.

During the booting process you can select pre-saved hardware profile in case computer crashes.
Next time we shall see , what can be done if the computer crashes with out any restore point or hardware profile.
