Here is your solution.

Your last login activity is displayed in your GMail (after you log in) at the bottom.

Check your Last account activity. By this you come to know your GMail logging in activities by you. If you want in detail click Details

There is a simple way of Backing up the Gmail Contacts. It is important because incase you forget your password of Gmail Account, Gmail asks for either alternate email ID which you are supposed to (optional) supply during Gmail ID registration or any frequent used email IDs. To our illluck some times these frequent used email IDs may not be recalled.

So simple thing is to Back Up. By the way, the saved backup copy can be updated and RESTORED back into Google Address Book with a single click. That's a good news.
